Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: May 3, 2026
NeuroSphere is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including data received via Meta (Facebook) Lead Ads.
Who This Applies To
- Business accounts: organizations that signed up for NeuroSphere and connected a Facebook Page, Google Calendar, or other integration.
- End-users (leads): individuals whose name or phone number was collected by a NeuroSphere customer’s Facebook Lead Ad form and processed by our platform to place a callback.
For Business Accounts
- Sign in to your NeuroSphere dashboard and go to Settings → Meta / Facebook and click Disconnect. This revokes our access to your page and cancels future webhook deliveries from Meta.
- Email ziad.elalfy@yahoo.com from the email address on file with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- We will permanently delete your account, all lead records, call recordings, transcripts, and integration tokens within 30 days of receiving your request, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).
- You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
For End-Users (Leads)
If you submitted a Facebook Lead Ad form for a business that uses NeuroSphere and want your data removed:
- Email ziad.elalfy@yahoo.com with the subject line “End-User Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the phone number you submitted on the form and, if known, the name of the business whose ad you responded to. (Both help us locate the right record.)
- We will locate every record matching your phone number across our customers’ organizations and delete it within 30 days. Associated call recordings, transcripts, and message history will be deleted at the same time.
- We will email you confirmation once the deletion is complete. If we cannot find a matching record, we will notify you.
Revoking Meta Permissions
You can also remove NeuroSphere’s access to your Facebook account at any time directly from Meta:
- Visit Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find NeuroSphere in the list of connected apps.
- Click Remove to revoke all permissions.
Revoking permissions on Facebook stops future data flow but does not automatically delete data we have already received. To delete that data, follow the email steps above.
